convicts from ths penitentiary for the
manufacture of chair. Lot, the present
contractor has not been using the num
ber of men called for la hla contract with
the state, neither hss he paid tor the
use of the men he ho used for the past
three months. It is proposed to release
Lea from the contract so far as It
cover what convict ths new contractor
