he had known since a child to be hi

for honest and ability. Ha I a member

Superintendent K. U. Graff expressed
hi regret at th departure ot Mrs. Nich
ols, who has been on ot th reliable and
very successful teachers ot th city.
During her residence her she has spent
several vacation in the east with her
friend and relative. Sh at now living

association. Sh retires OH pension, hav
ing taught longer than the required
twenty ysar in th city.
Upon Mr. Nichols' retirement six teach
ers will have been lost this year from
