To this latter ths traveler replied that

tion, io ths general passenger agent It
waa pointed out that tha matter would
be laid before the Interstate Commerce

received no reply, whereupon ba laid the
matter before tha commission.

This was a victory of course and 'he

completely reversed Its position and
