LINCOLN, April lk (Special Telegram.)
Lincoln bad little trouble in defeating
Omaha here thl etternoon.'Tiattlng both
Lota and Robinson freely, which, coupled
with rather loose playing on the part
ot the Rourfces, permitted the Lope to
cor nine runs, enough to win the game.
The Lopes eecured eighteen hit oft the
two Omaha pitchers.
Hagerman pitched In fair form, but
waa accorded rotten support by his team
mates, the iBfleldera being the particular
offender. Hagerman Jogged along easily
nntil the ninth, when the Rourkea looked
dangerous, and Wagner was put In. He
topped further scoring. Lincoln scored
twice In the first, twice In the fourth,
once In the seventh and tour In the
eighth. Omaha acored In the third, fifth,
seventh and ninth Inning. Th game
waa played under advene weather con
