One of the big building features of the year will be the erection of the new Keeline building at Seventeenth and Harney streets. It ia now in course of con
struction and will probably be completed in June. The building is being constructed for the Thomas Realty Co., and will be a modern store and office build
ing. The Selden-Breck Construction Co. are the general contractors for the Keeline building and John Latenser is the architect Some of the sub-contractors
are the Patton-Bowman Hardware Co., J. J. Hanighen, Adams & Kelly, Sunderland Brothers Co., Johnston Electric Co. and the Midland Glass and Paint
Co. It will be seven stories high, fireproof, 88x132 feet and located opposite the court house, Y. M. C.A. building and the Boyd theater.
