Tiieie was a total of 5 deaths due to communicable diseases, among them the heaviest was tubcrculorls which reaped a harvesr'of 111. other deaths due to con isglous diseases were: Typhoid, 22; diphtheria. U; cerebro spinal fever. Vr, eptlcaemia, II; enslpelas, S: tubercular meningitis, 8, and scarlet fever, 0. According to Dr. Iangdon's report the aroatest number of deaths were those of babies, fit under the age of 1 year dying. The next greatest number were those between ths ages ot SO and 30 years, Z06 dying.
