A consultation was held between Mrs. Marquette and Mr Walkup and they told the Omaha police to release the three. From reports received her this after noon Mra. Marquette ia still In the hospi tal at Fremont. The Identity of tha Omaha attorney waa withheld by the Fremont police, but It leaked out through the Omaha police.
