cution were started against Sheriff Edwin
F. Bralley and against H. F. L.avltt and
other officials of the village of Dundee by
John E. Sager and Harvey H. eager, well
borers. In district court Thursday morning

between Dr. Elmer R. Porter and the Dun
dee officials, who are trying to prevent his
putting up a store building in the village
John E. Eager asks $14,000 damages of
H. P. Lesvltt. Wallace E. Shepard. A
Thomas Klopp. Henry E. Johnson, George
H. Gillespie and Ellery H. Westerfield
Harvey H. eager asks J10.O0O damages of
Sheriff Bralley and Wallace E. Shepard.
Harvey H. Sager and E. L. Sager were
arraigned In county court Thursday morn
ing on charges of having well boring

out license. They pleaded not guilty. Their
hearings were set for September 20. -Thursday
