DENVER, Colo., Jun 13. (Special Tele
gram.) In the cloet, hardeat contested
Kama of tha year, Oinaba loat a, pitcher'
battle thlH- evening. - .Hall made but ona
mistake during tha fame, Riving: tha first
man up la an Inning a base on balls, who
wa afterwarda cored by a hit. Neither
of the artual errors charged against
Omaha had anything to do with the runs,
hut Wllllama ran .past's fly hi the fifth
Inning, permitting Klnsella to register a
three-base hit. The fielding generally waa
rrlsp, fast and accurate.
Omaha drove only three balls out of tha
diamond, two of these being hits and one
. fly to Caaaldy. Wllllama- two hits were
in slow balls toward first that ha beat.
11 all yielded four hits, three of them being
clean and one misjudged. Lurk broHe de
cidedly against the visitors in the fourth.
Mall gave alienor, first man up, a base
on balls, who scored on Beall' two-base
hit. In tha next Inning Coffey hit Into
center and scored on the long hit that
Wllllama did not get under.
Omaha got only one man to second base.
A feature of the game Is the way fielding
chances for Denver were grouped near the
'bottom of the batting Order. There will be
two games tomorrow, Scor:
