' LINCOLN, Neb.. June T.-SpeclaI Tele

Cornhuskers affairs seems to be doomed,
at least. Insofar as foot ball la concerned.
after the next school year. Such seems to
be the Import of the aotlon taken by the
athletic board at a speclara eetlng Wednes
day morning.
Karl O. Yeager, for the last six years in
charge of the financial aids of the univer
sity athletics, was elected for the term
of but one year Wednesday morning, con
trary to the expected opposition to hie se
lection. The board specified that at the
conclusion of Mr. Eager's term, the office
would be abolished and the work would
be carried on by eome other department
Eager was threatened with a competitor
for the office of manager, but the report
of the committee was favorable to Ms re
tention and It waa adopted. The selection
of Eager for another year will give gen
eral satisfaction among the students, where
he hae a large following. Members of the
board have not outlined the plan whereby
athletics will be finanoed when the new
ruling passed Wednesday goes Into effect
Other routine business was transacted.

Contagious Blood Poison manifests itself In the most loathsome
symptoms, such as ulcerated mouth and throat, copper-colored spots,
and even sores and ulcers on different portions of the body. The
poison causes the hair to fall out, and sometimes the glandular system
is attacked. No medicine can cure Contagious Blood Poison which
does not rid the circulation of every particle of the insidious virus.
S.S.S. is the real and certain cure for Contagious Blood Poison; it
goes into the circulation, and by removing every particle of the poison,
and addin rich, healthy qualities to the blood, forever cures this
powerf ul disorder. All who suffer with this disease may cure themselves
by using S. 5. 5. and following instructions contained In our Home
