who peeped through a keyhole Into the
room of Mrs. France Tlghe, a lodger In
her house, was one of the factors that Ie4
to the refusal by Judge Kennedy yesterday
of the divorce for Which she has besn suing
William Tlghs, a switchman.
Tlghe Is also asking for a decree, but ha
wants It to be granted to himself Instead
of to Mrs. Tlghe, for he baa started euli
for $30,000 against J. L Kemp, a prominent
coal dealsr, charging him with alienating
Mrs. Tlgha's affections.
Mrs. Nancy Garvin testified during the
