In former year the Automobile associa
tion has always waited until the aanual
meeting held la October, to elect both the
officers of the association and the mana

Omaha Auto show, as the .test one will
be called, will be a much, larger affair
than has ever boon held here before. Mr.
Powell was elected this spring so as to
allow him plenty of time for preparations.
The number of dealers who will exhibit
cars next year will be somewhst larger,
three being admitted to the association last
night the Interstate company, the Marlon
company, and the International Harvester
company. This will make the Show larger
and. as was the case this year, unless there
are arrangements made for more space
many pf the dealers will be forced to show
only a part of their cars.
Mr. Powell plans either to build an annex
to the Auditorium for the show wk, or
to have a balcony (constructed Inside the
building and ntlltie this. The objection
to the oiitslda annex is that there will be
diSHatlefled ones, among those who are
obliged to show outside.
