For the occasion of this annual feather ing' it is expected there will be fully HjO of these outside merchants in attendance at the conven tion, which will be convened at the Rome hotel at 9 o'clock this morning. Fred Diers of Madison is president of the Association. The other officers axe: Henry Bolton of Schuyler, vice president; W. II. Avery of Tilden, secretary; M. A. Ilcstetler of Shelton, treasurer. The members of the executive committee are: L. F. Lanirhorst of FJmwood, E. B. Pinch of Kearney, Fred Deweber of Arlington and Engine Batton of Hastings.
