merce and traffic bureaus of the commer
cial clubs were present: 11. O. Wilson,

(I T. Hll, Sioux City; K. J. McVann,
Omaha.
Omaha was also represented by Arthur
C. Smith and T. C. Byrne of the traffic
Uuieuu of the Commercial club, and Joseph
llaydcn was an attendant for a lime.
Slippers were also present from Kansas
City. St. Joseph and Sioux City, but their
names were not disclosed, because T. C.
liyrne, chairman of the local traffic bu
reau, wished to suppress publication of
any and all facts pertaining to the meet
ing. Mi. liyrne had been assured that the fact
that a larye conference was going on would
inevitably become known to the railroads
and that the detailed proceedings were aj
