Charles C. Logan, whose wife, Minnie B.
Logan, waa given qustody of their child
when she was given a divorce, asks th
district court to order that he shall have
custody of the child from 8 a. m. until 7
p. m. the first and thhd Saturday of each
month. In district court yesterday he filed
a motion for modification of th decree,
which gv the wife custody of the child
at all times, but provided that the father
should he permitted to visit his offspring
at all reasonable times. It appeal that
the former husband and wife cannot sgiea
as to what times are reasonable, so the
father auks two days a month.
