The back, field will be chosen tonight from
Levy, Magulre, Klye, Quigley. Phllbin or
O'NelL "Big" Lee will be seen in his old
position on the right of the line. The team
suffers a great handicap, due to the fact
that Marrln, who has played so brilliantly
in past years, is suffering from an injury
received In the Alumni match last week.
This necessitates a general shaking up of
the back field, . but does not weaken the
team to any extent. Coach Miller la well

BALTIMORE!, Sept. 80 The cadet' side
of the existing trouble at West Point Mili
tary academy, as a consequence ot which
the entire corps Is under restrictions, was
given In a confidential letter from one ot
the cadets to a friends In. this city, who said
tonight:
"The final grievance waa when Captain
Longan made 'area birds' walk in the rain.
Under this form of punishment cadet .have
to walk with their guns tor two hours on
Wednesday afternoon and four hours on
Sunday afternoon. It Is the immemorial
custom that they can walk on the stoop ot
the barrack when it rain. But Captain
Longan lined them out in the downpour, he
staying under cover, dry and smoking a
pipe. Moreover, ha refused to let th men
oil their guns and made tne corporal take
th rag out ot the bores, so that th cadets
had to clean off rust for day afterward,
