Director Chamberlain Recommends
Increase of Appropriation to

PIERRE, 8. P., Sept. 10.-(Sperlal.)-In the
annual report of A. E. Chamberlain of the
Farmers' Institute work in the atate, he
recommends that the appropriation for the

that for the year ending June 30, 1909, there
were eighty-nine regular Institute meetings
continuing from one to three days, with a
