Up to the ninth inning Omaha had made but one hit and King, who made that, had to be put oft the field. George Graham then gave reason sufficient for keeping him on the Omaha payroll the whole year, for, with the bases full, he smashed out a three bagger. It was a warm and mighty well played game. Both Stowers and Kinsella were at their bent, and Corrldon was playing that part of bail that will make him a National league star. In the sixth Inning Denver fell on Stowers for Lloyd's single. Fisher's three bagger and Lindsay's single. These two runs held the game until the ninth. In (he final inning Cadman went to bat for Bo wers and was given first on a free pats. Corrldon was also passed. Mortality and Riggert made short singles, getting one man over the plate and , filling the bases. Here Is where George Graham earned his salary, aa stated. Dolan's error let Graham score. Umpire Sternberg had continual trouble with Omaha players, ban , Ishlng King and sending Schlpke, Kane and Qondlng off the coaching lines. Score: OMAHA. . AB. R. II.
