What Do I Think of Omaha Real Estate as an Investment In considering Omaha -Real Estate" as an investment, we must not consider Omaha alone, but the territory contiguous to our city and the possibilities of growth and expansion. The buyer of real estate for investment must consider, not only the net income of the money invested, but the future of the property and the surround ing country. We are situated in one of the most fertile valleys in America, and, in my esti mation the city of Omaha will donble in population, and our wholesale and retail business will double in volume in a few y ears, nnd with such prospects and the great railroads putting millions of dollars in Omaha, thereby expressing their con fidence in the future, where can you find a better place to invest your money t Compare the selling prices of Omaha Real Estate at the present time with that of most any city, even smaller cities than Omaha, and you will put your m6ney in real estate in Omaha. j ,: PTT AT?T.RSi W f ARTTW Kocretarv.
