Roberts, the Montgomery county farmer
who was arrested on a charge of selling
low grade seed corn, was held to the grand
Jury at the close of his preliminary exam
ination today. Roberts, It Is said, sold WX,
bushels of the seed for $2.00 a bushel. He
declares that no matter what hla fine la
he will not pay It. He was repeatedly
threatened with imprisonment during hl
examination because of contempt of court.
