Ish Is ac cused of assault on Elmer A. Johnson with Intent to commit great bodily Injury. He has secured as his counsel W. J. Oonnell and B. Q. Burbank, and County Attorney Kngliah and J-ouls J. Piattl are prosecuting. English and Connell hava not measured le gal swords since the trial In January last year of Wetmore, accused of attempting to bribe Herbert Daniel, then city prose cutor.
