that children ought to be allowed to fol
low the bent of their own minds in the
course of their kindergarten experience.
If they do not wish to play as the teacher
directs, they are to be allowed to have
their own way. This school does not wish

be made under the guise of play. It finally
will become as irksome as undisguised

Twenty-eighth street, struck a telephone
pole at Nineteenth and Leavenworth
streets with such Impact that ha was
thrown from th pavement over a wide
