a decisive victory over the Watthlll In
dians in a fast sixteen-lnning game by the
score of 4 to 8.
The game was closely contested from the
tart and was won In the first half of tha
sixteenth by a single by H. Basslnger, a
sacrifice by Hoffmann and a two-bagger
by B- Basslnger, which scored , the. final
run and won him his own game. Sensa
tional plays were numerous, of which the
most noteworthy waa . the running catch
