Happy Hollow Bo)i t nnae Oat Irtor
by Saperlor ark.
The Hsppy Hollow club base bsll team
for the third time this season defeated the
South Omaha Country Club yesterday
afternoon on the latter s grounds. The
Happy Holloa' boys furnished the fans
0 the fastest exhibition of ball ever seen
on the South Omaha grounds. Sensational
plays by Eastmsn and Hall caused de
served attention. Hyde appeared in a
Happy Hollow uniform for the first time
and caught an excellent game bend's hit
ting at critical times. Hagensick pitched
1 ! in such a tantslizmg way that the boys
from down the river could muster but five
safe ones in the nine rounds Two suc
cessive hits combined with a poor throw
in the ninth was responsible for Soutb
Omaha s lone score. Next Saturday Happy
Hollow's opponent will be the Field Club
on the former's grounds. Score.
