John Hostter. very recently a subject of the kaiser, was brought Into police court Friday morning to answer to the charge of beirg drunk. When he was asked if be was guilty or not guilty, he did not say a word. The question was repeated several times and still no answer was forthcoming The Judge had no time to waste on Hostter and be was discharged. Even when discharged Hostter did not know what bad been done with him and he bad to be led downstairs and showed the way back home before be came to realize that he was a free wan and not a vlcUin of Itae majesty.
