""LOST Sunday evening, returning from
Council Bluffs to Hanscom Park, weat
side, large cameo pin. Reward. Tel.
Helen, did you notice In The Be
that Bessie C Is to marry Harold 3 .
There la quit a little romance connected
with this.
A few years ago Miss C went with a
party to Lake Manawa. On returning aha
missed a beautiful eomeo pin, which the
had worn. She could not Imagine where
he had loat It. Sh had been sailing In
one of the yachts and had afterwards gene
over to the amusment aide of the lake
where she had spent some time on tne
roller coaster and at the pavilion. The
returning car was very crowded. When
they got to Farnam street no car was In
sight so they walked up the street tnd
were near Sixteenth when a park car
croaaed Farnam and as It was late they
hurried to catch It. Of course she was at
a loss to known where she lost It as sh
bad been kept on the go all evening.
The following day she innerted an ad
In The Bee. Several days later a young
man 'phoned that ha had found a pin In
front of the Henshaw hotel and on dtscrlb
Ing It she knew that It belonged to her.
She gave him her name and addrens and
aaked him to aend It to her by meaaager.
However, he' decided to act as his own
messenger and accordingly brought it to
her. And through this means an acquaint
ance sprung up. I see by tonight's paper
that the final chapter will soon be written.
As I hava told you before I think The Bee
