the history of Wyoming the assassination
of Alleman and Joseph Emgc, prominent
sheepmen, and Joe Lazier, a Rhtpnlirfli-
by a gang of fifteen raiders who descended
on the Emge camp cm Spring creek, near
Tunsleep, the night of April 2. The Emgcs
and Lazier were shot down In cold blood
and the bodies of Alleman Emge and
Lazier were subsequently burned. Twenty '
