'.Mrs. Adelaide Burbank charges Alexander Altachuler, an attorney, with careflessness which caused her to commit bigamy and Inst her a second husband. Wherefore she sues for $25,000 damages. It all came about, uvera Mrs. Burbank. In Altschuler's not having entered a decree granted by Judge Dickinson, formerly of the district court, whereby Mrs. Burbank was divorced fnom Virgil P. Latham. Sup posing that all matters had been attended to, Mrs. Burbank proceeded, she says, ti wed Burbank. This was October 1, 1907. But November 27 of the same year Burbank discovered that the decree, though granted, had never been duly entered and he there upon left her.
