In a short while, when there is but little time left before Christmas, everybody will hurry downtown and return on the cars loaded down with packages arid bundles, and, although we will make every effort to provide adequate fa cilities to carry the crowds, we know there is bound to be severe congestion. Therefore, take adyantage of this splendid weather, the un broken stocks of merchandise at the stores and the opportunity to travel in safety and comfort before the rush oommenoes.
