Because he failed to allow-.lie had a legal residence in Douglas county Theodore Hazard, late of Mansfield, O., failed to secure a divorce from Minnie Hazard In Judge Button's court Friday. Hazard said ho was a telegraph operator, dependent on his -salary, but admitted he had not been working since he came to Omaha about six months ago. His only corroba tlve witness was a young woniun, who said she was the wife of a' Chicago saloon keeper and was Hazard's sister.
