The Pollock Block .
Farnam Is the strategic street of the city.
It Is thought by many that ,ome day 24th

a strategic business center. Logically,
eventually 24th St. must be cut through
from north to south and this 24th St. cars
run on this street to South Omaha. When
this Is done property on Farnam near 24th
will be worth more than double what It Is
today.
We are today able to offer what we
think the most attractive Investment In the
city, the Pollock block, situated on the
north side of Farnam, 133 feet east of t4th
St. The lot Is 66x131 feet (solid ground).
Improved with 8 three-story brick build
ings (coat to duplicate today, 818,000); pres
ent rental, 82,076 a year. This property
combines a safe rental with sure growth.
It is one of the few pieces that has not
changed hands nor changed In price during
the late movement on Farnam Bt. In May,
1900, we offered 819,000 cash for this prop
erty. It was then held at 821,000. and we
can now offer it for this sum. We know
of nothing better nor as good for an in
vestment and we recommend It without
reserve.
