In the Nebraska district aaln until the
May term, at which time a srrand and petit
Jury will be empaneled. The court will,
however, tt in chambers to dispose of such
cases as may come before It on argument
or other process.
On February 4 the argument on the mo
tion for a new trial In the Richards and
Comstock land eases will be heard. None
of the other land cases will be reached
before the May term.
