Fifteenth streets. He states he wishes to
provide a home for five unmarried women,
namely, Mary, Katie, Matilda, Anna and
Jennie Fagerberg, and for this purpose he
leaves lot "C," Kellom's First addition, to
Mary and Katie Fagerberg. If either mar
ries or dies It is to go to tha other, and
If both marry or die It la to go to the other
three sisters. This property Is located at
112 South Twenty-fourth street and is the
home of the girls to whom It Is bequeathed
by Mr. Kitchen. Three of the girls are
now cashiers at the Paxton hotel.
To Richard Kitchen Is left the east one
third of lot 3, block 138, which Is a building
Just west of the Paxton hotel. He is to
pay the Income of this property to the
widow of the deceased during her life. On
her death one-third of the Income Is to go
to Katie Fagerberg for two years and one-
third to Mary Fagerberg for two years.
All tha rest of the property Is left to his
wife.
M. Stanley Connell, mentioned In the will.
Is attending Bullevue college. Hla mother
Is housekeeper at Hotel Albany, In Denver.
She used to be employed at the Paxton,
as did also her husband, who died about

Monday morning received a letter from
Mayor Becker, who wrote that In his talk

Klniey s Ufa and the development of civic
pride In municipal affairs. Mr. Becker will
speak next Saturday evening at Louisville,
Ky.
