and entering the apartments of Mrs. K.
Jordan about two weeks ago. a second
complaint was filed in police court Thurs
day morning against William Jackson, a
Council Bluffs negro, charging him with
stealing diamonds and Jewelry valued at
$135 fiom. the apartments of Judge Ben
jamin 8. Baker December 29. Jackson was
arraigned on the second complaint, but re
fused to waive a preliminary examination
and the case was sl lur January 14.
