Blotsky Denies Charge.
Phil Blotsky was arraigned In police
court Monday morning on the charge of
obtaining goods under false pretense. He
phiaded not guilty and the case was con
tinued until December 27. Blotsky was ar
rested Saturday morning after Carl Hera,
feldt. proprietor of the favorite tonic. Col-Pep-Ko.
for persons who are suffering from
the effects of paiiting the town a too
brilliant crimson, had filed a complaint
alleging tfiat the defendant obtained
twentv cases of the tonic, valued at $10,
on the strength of a fictitious order.

fingered person stole a jewelled fleur-de-lis
class pin from the gown of Nellie E. Mo
