The case of Ace Walla, who was arrested In August on a charge of shooting his sweetheart, a young woman named Maggie Bylstra, occupied the court Tuesday and Wednesday, when the case was given td the Jury In the evening. They remained out till 2 o'clock the following morning and found him guilty on the first count, "shooting with Intent to kill." The evidence showed he had been keeping company with the young woman, but had not done so for three months. On the night of the shooting she had been out walking with a young man named Ben Trueblood.
