It will give employment to 100 people during the construction of the inde
pendent plant.
i. It will make a pay roll in Omaha of at least $90,000 per month during
the periodof construction which will be at least one year and a permanent pay
roll bf from $2,000 to $3,000 per month after the plant is in operation.

The independent company will make a permanent investment of $2,000,000
in Omaha.
This company will pay two per cent of its gross receipts into the city
