phone station or exchange In the City of
Bouth Omaha, Nebraska, and to Install
In said City of Bouth Omaha, a fitst-claa
telephone system and to furnish to their
le It phon subscribers In tb City of
Omaha telephone connection and service
with th telephone subscribers ot said
Bouth Omaha system, without toll or ex
change therefor of any kind. In addition
to the telephone rental fur . telephone
service In the City of Omaha, authorised
by this ordinance to b charged.
It shall be the duty of said grantee. Its
successors or assigns, -eubject to th term
and conditions of this ordlnancs, to connect
the line or line with the lines of any
Independent Company, which shall extend

able cost thereof, and to furnish said con

term; and also to furnish to it sub

exchange In Omaha. Nebraska, th switch
board, conduits and poles to be ot suffi
cient slse, capacity and number to ulti
mately supply telephoues and telephone
service to fifteen thousand (16,(M) sub
scribers, which system as above described
