Rasmus Rasmuasen. a milk dealer of )Sut Omaha, Is having all kinds of excite. ,tnant at the police court these days. On the morning of September 7, John Grant Pegg. Inspector of weights and measures, topped Rasmussen'a milk wagon at Twenty-sixth and Ohio streets and Inspected the measures which the driver was using. I Ob of the quart measures was found to be one gill short of containing the full :ajnoaat and Pegg confiscated the measure 'and requested the driver' nam, notifying &to appear In police court last Batur mornlng.
