Armistice Being; Respected.
The State department was advised today
that the armistice entered into by the war

spected and that preliminary negotiation

Commander Mulligan of the Marblehead
has advised "the Navy department that that
vessel arrived at San Jose, Guatemala, to
day with the peace commissioners on board
