Thursday morning to find the estate left
to them had been enriched by the addition
of a lot which until that time tbey did not
know belonged to the estate. A notice for
sidewalk taxes levied against a lot In Sul
phur addition was mailed to John Phelan
and Thursday morning the attorney for the
estate went to the city clerk's office to
know where he got the Information about
phelan owning such a lot. The records
were taken from the office of the register
of deeds and now the attorney Is hoping he
