1' 000. Chief of Detectives Dunn of tha f
police station denied that he was given lha
money to hold, that he made it known In
certain quarters that the money, would ba
on hand at a roadhouse In Council Bluffs
and that he placed a cordon of detectives
around the said resort for the purpose of
apprehending th alleged blackmailers.
