urity thereof. Also that the total Indebt
edness of the city. Including this Issue of
bonds, has not exceeded the constitutional
and statutory limit, and that an annual tax
and other taxes and assessments to pay
firlnclpal and Interest as the same respect
ively falls due shall be made.
Each bidder shall state separately the
amount he will offer for each Issue, as to
"Principal and Premium." and that "Ac
crued Interest" will be paid to the date of
delivery of said bonds; also to the s mount
of the charge that will be made additional
for the printing and lithographing ol said
bonds . ,
Each bid must be accompanied by cash,
or an unconditional certified check on a
registered national bank, In the sum of
one thousand t$1.0n0) dollars and made pay
able to the city, as an evld-nce ol good
faith on the part of said bidder.
The city reserves the right u reject any
or all bids, or to waive defects should they
appear.
