Beer is a saccharine product, and germs multiply rapidly in it. The slightest taint of impurity quickly ruins its healthfulness. We go to the utmost extremes to prevent that. Cleanliness is a science where Schlitz beer is brewed. We even cool the beer in plate glass rooms, in nothing but filtered air. Then we filter the beer. Then we sterilize every bottle.
