until 2 o'clock p. m., Thursday, June 15,

struction of the Pathfinder dam and aux
iliary works, at a point abmt 60 mileH
southwest of Casper, Wyo., to Impound
the flow of North Plat to river. Plans,
specifications, and forms of proposal mav
h obtained by application to the Chief
Engineer of tho Reclamation Service, U. S.
Geological Survey, Washington, D. C, or
to the Supervising Engineer of the Re
clamation Service, at Denver, Colo. Each
bid muat be accompanlnl by a certified
check for $6,000, payable to the order of
the Secretary of the Interior, as a guar
anty that trie bidder will, if uuccesHful,
promptly execute a satisfactory contract
and furnish bond In the aum of $5o,0uo for
the faithful performance of the work. Each
bid must also be accompanied by the guar
anty of responsible sureties to furnish
bond aa required, if bid be accepted. The
right la reserved to reject any or all bids,
to accept one part and reject the other,
and to waive technical defects, aa the In
terests of the service may require. Bidders
