HOW CHICAGO CHURCH DID IT
Rot. Dr. Strong; -Tells Cons;res;atloB
, allsts to Interest tho Bns
Ineaa Men.
A largo number of Congregatlonallsts of
Omaha enjoyed an evening in honor of
Rev. Sydney Strong, D. D., of Oak Park,
111. The address of the evening was pre
ceded by 8 brief address by Rev. Jamas
M. Camhlll of Chicago. Rev. H. C. Her
ring presided.
Dr. Strong vividly described to hla fellow
churchmen of Omaha the nature of the
great missionary activities of the. church
of Oak Park. This church has been glv-
tng 87,000 for all missionary efforts In pre
vious years and gave $18,000 in 1904. Dr.
Strong attributes this wonderful Interest
to the fact that business men, who had
been previously Ignorant of the needs
hava been Informed through the medium
of the noonday 'luncheon, where men meet
and dlscusa the problem.
He said the church la not keeping pace
with the. population. The churches are
elfish and do not go out to the needy.
Tha strongest church, yoking Itself with
the weakest, Is one of the most successful
ways of solving the city problem.
The plan of the business men's noonday
luncheon will work anywhere, it Is simple,
it has results, It Inspires othera. Here
business men meet other business men In
earnest.

Hyomel the Only Cnre for Catarrh
Which Returns Your Money If Not
Satisfactory,
It is seldom that a druggist has enough
faith In the medicine he sells even when
prepared by himself to be willing to refund
the money If It does not cure but Hyomel
has cured so many cases of catarrh among
the customers of Sherman & McConnell
Drug Co., corner 16th and Dodge streets,
Omaha, that they offer to refund the money
to all who use It and report that they are
not satisfied.
Hyomel Is the simplest and most conven
ient remedy for catarrh ever offered to the
public. Breathed through an inhaler so
small that It can be carried in the vest
It will absolutely kill all the germs of ca
tarrh and cure the disease. Catarrh cannot
exist where Hyomel Is used. It has a two
fold action, killing all the germs In the air
paaaages and lunga and soothing and heal
ing the Irritated mucous membrane.
Some of the most prominent men and
women of the country have gladly given
testimonials to Hyomel. After seeking re
lief in vain for years this wonderful remedy
has cured them of catarrh, and It ia no
wonder they want others to know of It.
: D. O. Oroff, Editor of the Nlcholaavtlle.
Ky. News writes: "Ever since I waa a
young man I have been troubled with ca
tarrh, and in later yeara the disease be
