Dollars be Issued during the year 1905, for

struction, reconstruction and maintenance
of main sewers in the City of Omaha, said
bonds to run twenty (20 years from the
date thereof, and to bear Interest payable
semi-annually at a rate of Interest not ex
ceeding four (41 per centum per annum,
with coupons attached, to be called 'Sewer
Bonds," the said bonds not to be sold for
loss than par."

in the sum of Sixty Thousand ($60,000)
Dollars be Issued for the purpose of paying
the cost of constructing tire engine house
for the use of the tire department of the
City of Omaha, such fire engine houses to
be In the locality and at the estimated
and approximate cost as follows, to-wlt:
"North 60 feet of lot 13, block 1, Arm
strong's 1st addition, estimated cost of
Twenty-five Thousand Dollars t$26.000).
'In the vicinity of Nineteenth and Lake
streets, estimated cost of Seventeen Thou
sand Five Hundred ($17,600) Dollars.
"In the rear of the high school, estimated
cost of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred
t$17.500) Dollars.
"The said bonds to be called 'Fire En
gine House Bonds' of the City of Omaha,
