when a Spring Valley electric railway

Swain, an attorney, late today shot and
killed C. W. Jones, secretary of the Hous
ton Fire and Marine Insurance company,
of which W. F. Swain, father of the for
mer, is president. Swain was arrested and
refuses to give any Information whatever
concerning the causes leading to the
tragedy.
