Clarence Biggs was digging a vault, when he unearthed aa officer's sword, some bones and a cast Iron box, eighteen Inches long, five Inches wlda and five Inches deep. On breaking open the box It was found to contain nothing but dust-rotted papers evidently. How these things cams there no one knows, but It might be the grave of a Union officer who was burled there before the settlement of this swcUua.
