Th. funeral! of Oeorg W. Mercer,
former city councilman and eon of Dr. and
Mrs.' S. D. Mercer, 3920 Cuming street, and
Mrs. Paul Barlow Burleigh, 1310 Park ave
nue, were held Tuesday afternoon, both In
i terments being at Pruapect Hill cemetery.
The Mercer funeral service waa of a
publie nature at the family residence and
the Interment waa private, Rev. T. J.
lackey, rector of All Saints' church, con
ducted the services, which were largely at
tended. Mayor Frank K. Uoores and other
city officials were present, aa were also
members of the Produce exchange. Many
floral tributes were sent, one from the
Loyal Legion being- particularly beautiful.

At 1 o'clock In the afternoon services were
conducted over the remains of Mrs. May
Osborne, 2223 Leavenworth street, and at
4:10 p. m. the body was sent to Denver for
Interment.
